Want to know more about Radically Open DBT?
Unsure if your client is right for RO DBT? Contact me. I am happy to chat about the usefulness of RO DBT for your individual client's needs. Overcontrolled (OC) clients are some of the most misdiagnosed individuals in the mental health world.
The most frequent question we get from clinicians is what's the different between RO DBT and DBT. In short, we are differentiating between overcontrol (high threat sensitivity, high detail focus processing, and excessive inhibitory control) vs. undercontrol (dramatic-erratic behaviors which are mood-dependent) along with biotemperamanental differences. Please check out the PDF to the right to learn more.
Mental Health Disorders treated though RO DBT:

Chronic Depression (Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia, self harm or suicidal ideation)
